Key responsibilities: Drive enterprise-level risk awareness and strengthen controls across projects Manage subcontractor administration activities, including compliance reviews and closeout processes Perform subcontract compliance audits and assist in coordinating builder's risk coverage Required qualifications: Associate's degree in specialized risk management program or related field Minimum two years of risk experience Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft O365 Valid driver's license may be required, subject to Motor Vehicle Records checks
