CWB TRUCKING LLC is seeking reliable, experienced Owner-Operators with a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) to partner with our growing fleet. As an Independent Owner-Operator, you will enjoy consistent freight, transparent dispatch, flexible home time, and competitive payout structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Freight Operations: Transport and deliver freight safely and efficiently across assigned regional or OTR (Over-the-Road) routes.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Maintain equipment in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations.
• Logistics & Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with dispatch regarding load status, route updates, and estimated delivery times (ETAs).
• Documentation: Accurate and timely submission of Bills of Lading (BOL), proof of delivery (POD), electronic logging device (ELD) logs, and fuel receipts.
• Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your tractor and trailer to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) .
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Equipment: Reliable, fully inspected Class A tractor meeting DOT/FMCSA safety standards.
• Safety Record:
• • Clean Driving Record (MVR) with no major moving violations or severe preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Pass a pre-employment DOT drug screening and background check.
• Active DOT Credentials: Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
• Insurance: Ability to meet minimum bobtail/non-trucking liability and physical damage insurance requirements (or enroll in carrier programs).
