\n \nAbout the Role
\nOur Project Delivery team is seeking Freelance Project Managers with strong Public Relations/Communications experience and skills in finance and forecasting. These roles will play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly during a period of increased demand.
\n \nKey Responsibilities
\n• Support multiple projects across creative, digital, media, and other functional teams, with guidance provided in complex or unique situations.
\n• Reprioritize tasks dynamically and adjust workflows in response to changing timelines or project needs.
\n• Assist with building estimates, schedules, and timelines while flagging risks and communicating changes to stakeholders.
\n• Coordinate with external vendors throughout the full project lifecycle, including web, translations, print production, and budget/estimate management.
\n• Ensure smooth task delivery by proactively following up, reviewing progress, and tracking actions with minimal supervision.
\n• Lead financial management , including forecasting and invoicing.
\n \nDesired Experience & Skills
\n• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments (research, clinical trials, commercial, operations).
\n• Experience in public relations and communications.
\n• Experience in freelancing or short-term contracting with rapid or short-cycle projects and multi-project management.
\n• Familiarity with Kantata (or other WMSystems) and updating timelines, project trackers, etc.
\n• Strong project management fundamentals: attention to details, organization, prioritization, communication, and cross‑functional coordination.
\n• Comfort managing deadlines and high‑volume workflows.
\n• Ability to work independently and escalate when needed.
\n• Familiarity with agency environments preferred.
