The role requires accuracy, organization, and familiarity with healthcare terminology to help maintain complete and timely records.Responsibilities:• Review, organize, and maintain provider credentialing files to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.• Enter and update provider, payer, and licensing information accurately across internal records and databases.• Assist with application preparation, follow-up, and status tracking for credentialing and recredentialing activities.• Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, filing records, and coordinating document collection.• Communicate with internal teams, providers, and external agencies to resolve missing information and support processing timelines.• Verify licenses, certifications, education, and other required documents according to organizational and payer standards.• Monitor deadlines and renewal dates to help prevent lapses in credentialing status.• Support assigned clerical tasks related to healthcare administration and provider record maintenance.
