Mission Staffing is seeking polished, reliable, and customer-focused Concierges for luxury residential properties in Manhattan. We have multiple temporary-to-permanent opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
• Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and resident inquiries.
• Monitor building access and security systems.
• Coordinate package deliveries and service requests.
• Communicate with building management and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and a welcoming lobby environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Luxury residential, concierge, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service skills.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable multitasking.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
