This role offers the opportunity to help advance a novel therapeutic platform aimed at addressing serious diseases with significant unmet patient need.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in cell-based assay development, mammalian cell culture, and molecular biology techniques, along with a demonstrated ability to generate high-quality data in a collaborative, fast-paced research environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, optimize, and execute cell-based screening assays in 2D and 3D cellular modelsEvaluate therapeutic activity and mechanism of action using a variety of assay platforms, including target engagement, reporter-based, proliferation, and biomarker assaysAnalyze, interpret, and present experimental data to cross-functional teamsMaintain accurate laboratory records and experimental documentationCollaborate closely with research colleagues to support discovery and development programsQualificationsB.S. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or a related discipline with 6+ years of industry experience, or M.S. with 4+ years of industry experienceStrong background in high-throughput cellular assay development, optimization, and quantitative data analysisHands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, including cancer cell lines, primary cells, and/or 3D organoid modelsExperience with molecular and cellular biology techniques such as qPCR, ELISA, western blotting, immunoassays, and protein interaction assaysExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred ExperienceOncology research experienceExposure to target engagement or mechanism-of-action studiesExperience supporting drug discovery programs within biotech or pharmaceutical settingsIf you're excited about contributing to cutting-edge therapeutic research in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you.This version is intentionally scrubbed of company-identifying details while retaining enough technical specificity to attract strong biotech candidates.About Stratacuity:Whether you are seeking a career change or simply interested in becoming part of our network, you will appreciate the ethics guiding each Stratacuity team member.
